Orders, Pricing & Shipping
All prices and products available on this website are subject to change at any time and without notice. The prices listed may not match our in-store prices.
We reserve the right to adjust all shipping costs if necessary after purchase and before an order is shipped.
Any product warranties for the items purchased are the sole responsibility of the product’s manufacturers. We may act only as an intermediary between you and the manufacturers whenever possible.
We reserve the right to open, adjust and inspect the packages of any merchandise listed on our site.
We do not guarantee the availability of any products listed on this site and reserve the right to limit qualities available for sale.
We reserve the right to refuse, correct or cancel any order at any time for any reason whatsoever. If the price or shipping cost was incorrectly displayed on our site or on your order, we will provide you with an opportunity to complete the order at the correct price or have it cancelled if it has not yet been shipped.
All orders will be shipped upon completion of payment, including full shipping cost and any applicable taxes.
Any duties, customs or other international shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
In the event of an out of stock item, we will deliver as soon as it’s available. If we are unable to fulfill an order due to stocking issues, payment will be refunded.
The risk of loss for any items shipped passes to the buyer upon our delivery of them to the shipping carrier.
Any PayPal payments made require a correct shipping address included with the payment. Corrections of shipping address after payment are not possible and will require a refund of initial payment to which PayPal refund and related processing fees will be applied.
Return & Exchange Policy
We can only accept returns/exchanges if they have first been authorized by us through prior written communication via email within 15 days of your purchase. We will not accept any returns/exchanges after 15 days.
For any returned items to be accepted, they must be in their original condition and include any manuals or accessories as well as the original packaging. All products will be subject to inspection for any wear and subject to additional charges if necessary.
The following consumable items cannot be accepted for return: books, CDs, DVDs, software, harmonicas, drumsticks, drum skins or any opened packaging.
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any refund or exchange credit given.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed after receipt and inspection of goods.
